I am committed to delivering care and treatment to clients that promotes overall health and wellness by educating clients and their family about mental health disorders and issues, as well as treatment options.  I work diligently with clients to find solutions, learn, and apply effective coping skills, and to overcome their mental health challenges.

My clinical and life experiences have afforded me the ability to empathize with my clients and aligns with the creation and building of trust-based relationships.  I work tirelessly with clients to assist them with finding solutions, learning, and applying effective evidence-based techniques and strategies, acquiring self-empowerment, and learning and applying self-regulation and/or anger management techniques to name a few.
